DeepMammo was selected as one of the best 10 Start-up at Capri Startup Competition organized by Confindustria Giovani Imprenditori.
The competition is focused on new company considering aspects such as innovation, team experience, market needs and social impact.
Artificial Intelligence applied in life science, healthcare and prevention match 100% with the goal of the competition and we will be in Napoli October 22nd to discuss our project at the final event of the competition.
Breast cancer is the most frequent type of cancer in women and one of eight women is affected by breast cancer. Improving prevention by the use of archived mammography data is one of the features that we can have with Artificial Intelligence. Diagnosis time reduction, error minimization, costs reduction are together the way to save women’s lifes and this is our main goal.
In these years we always share our experience with doctors and radiologyst to better understand their point of view and to develop an application that matches with their needs: simple to use, better diagnosis accuracy, decrease of daily workloads.
